Job Descriptions

• Trash Management - Clear trash from bin chute and carry it to the bin center. Wash the bin chute and trash bins after collection.
• Sweeping & Cleaning Outdoor Areas - Sweep dry leaves on ramps and drop-off areas. Check and clean the surrounding facilities.
• Concierge Area Maintenance - Sweep, wipe tables and chairs, polish stainless steel bins, mop floors and clean glass weekly.
• Gym Cleaning - Vacuum, wipe and disinfect gym equipment. Empty trash bins.
• Periodic Maintenance - Perform scheduled cleaning tasks based on the work schedule.
• Restroom Maintenance - Touch up toilets and ensure toiletries are stocked.
• General Facility Inspection - Check and maintain the cleanliness of the premises
• Perform other tasks as assigned by stakeholder or supervisor.

Working Hours :

• Monday to Saturday
• 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
