• Resolve issues and enquiries from merchant
• Merchant outreach to request for document / information via email & phone call engagement
• Assisting in data extraction, data entry and data validation
• Provide administrative assistance to merchant team as required
• Problem solving and handle assigned ad-hoc duties
• Perform on site merchant visit for document collection

Requirements:

- Min A level / Diploma holder

- Experience in Customer Engagement and Administrative experience

- Able to commit for min 6 months or more

- Good communication skills

Working location: Braddell

5 days work week
