• Conduct regular inspections of rental unit such as common areas, rooms, and AC
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when needed
• we have external contractor to perform the servicing task, however you need to have an knowledge in AC system
• Support with room turnover and prep between move-ins
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of shared spaces
• Assist with room/unit viewings and tours for potential tenants
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance work
• Good communication skills; comfortable interacting with tenants
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
