Job Overview:

Stone for Gold Pte. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Executive to join our team! If you're passionate about building meaningful customer relationships, providing expert product recommendations, and achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience while helping us maintain a visually stunning store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and create lasting relationships.
• Meet and exceed both personal and store sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints with a positive attitude.
• Ensure store displays are attractive and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and stock control.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends.
• Support store reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Previous retail experience, especially in customer-facing roles.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Basic math and computer skills (POS system experience is a bonus).
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing top-notch service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
