Job Description:

• Report to Project Manager / Head of Planning.
• Involved in all trades coordination during design development and planning stage (Architectural , Structural & MEP)
• Good knowledge of authority requirement / regulations to execute planning works
• Good knowledge of precast , PPVC , PBU and Dfma concepts
• Ability to adapt to digitalised process in construction industry
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with Client/Consultant/Subcon
• Ability to lead a team of Engineers & Coordinators to successfully

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil or Architectural or Construction Management
• 7-10 years experience in Building Environment
• Experience with Precast/PPVC/MET Basic knowledge of Revit , Autodesk BIM360 , Novade , Powerapps , Power BI is an added advantage
• Completed min 5 project cycles
• Good Leadership skill
