REMUNERATION
- Marketing residential projects for lease
- Attend physcial viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiate lease renewals
- Handing over / Taking back of properties
- Attend to tenancy related matters
- Solicit interests via cold calling and/or networking, etc.
- Complete transaction-related documentations and reports
- Able to work irregular hours and on weekends when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess valid CEA Salesperson Licence - we are not able to consider any candidates without CEA licence as stipulated by law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps and web-saavy
- Possess Class 3 licence
REMUNERATION
- Monthly allowance
- Commission
