Job Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and efficient service to all hotel guests and visitors.
• Welcome guests and seat them promptly upon their arrival.
• Accurately take orders for food and drinks.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that guests have a satisfying dining experience.
• Quickly and efficiently clear and reset tables.
• Handle payments and manage transactions.
• Keep the dining area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:

• Must have completed secondary education or an equivalent level of education.
• A minimum of one year's experience in food and beverage service is required.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor focused on customer service.
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.
• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate is a must.
