- Lead and assist with implementation of BIM management for projects
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants and project team
- Conduct BIM coordination meetings
- Review and assess the quality of BIM models
- Ensure projects are in accordance to BIM guidelines and comply with authority requirements
- Support and work closely with project team in creation and project delivery
- Develop and manage processes, implementation in creation and delivery of BIM execution plans
- Assist in maintaining BIM standards and workflow accordingly
- Provide guidance/training and mentorship to architects and team
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Specialist Diploma in BIM preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in BIM project implementation
- Good proven track record with leadership abilities
- Proficient in Singapore BIM standard and experience in authority submissions
