Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and acquire new Premier Banking clients within the Singapore onshore market.
• Strengthen and grow client relationships to meet both business objectives and personal performance goals.
• Drive the overall success of the Premier Banking team through consistent sales results and outstanding client relationship management.
• Offer comprehensive financial analysis and advisory services to affluent clients, tailoring financial solutions to meet their needs.
• Keep clients informed of current market trends, financial insights, and investment opportunities.
• Promote and offer a wide range of banking products and services, including unit trusts, insurance, and treasury solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure strong client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Requirements:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales role within banking or financial services, ideally with a focus on affluent clientele.
• A solid track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong results.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, along with relevant certifications (e.g., CMFAS: RES1A, RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
• In-depth knowledge of financial products, including investments and insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and engaging approach to client interaction.
• Highly self-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinker with strong initiative and a goal-oriented mindset.
