Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines and users.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.
- Manage technical SEO aspects including site architecture, mobile responsiveness, site speed, and crawlability.
- Oversee link-building initiatives and off-page SEO efforts.
- Present strategy updates and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior SEO team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
- Experience with content management systems.
- Familiarity with keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
