Main Duties and Responsibilities- Senior Baker cum Cashier

• Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods.

• Check products for quality, quantities and identify damaged or expired goods.

• Evaluate quality of food ingredients or prepared foods.

• Clean up kitchen after prepared foods.

• Tend the need of customer in front counter through the ordering process.

• operating a cash register and account for the cash intake.

• Cleaning of the counter and serving area

• Other duties assigned by Superior and management staff.

Requirements

• experience in the relevant field will be an added advantages

• Knowledge of basic food hygiene with WSQ certificate will be an added advantages.

• Able to rise early and work independently and night shift

• Able to follow instructions as required by Superior and management staff

• Basic English (Spoken and written)

• Honest and hardworking
