Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end service and maintenance operations to ensure workflow efficiency
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all service and maintenance-related matters
• Lead and mentor the service team to deliver high-quality support and maintenance solutions
• Define service scopes, develop execution plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress through key performance metrics
• Implement innovative team deployment strategies and streamline task distribution for service delivery
• Handle daily client communications, managing expectations to ensure service excellence
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships
• Maintain in-depth understanding of each client's business structure, needs, and objectives
• Oversee multiple operational facets within the service department to ensure optimal performance
• Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of maintenance commitments to clients

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Practical experience in operating and maintaining security systems such as ISMS, Access Control, IDS, and CCTV is essential
• Familiarity with system configuration, application programming, and integration with third-party platforms is a strong advantage
• Technically proficient with both hardware and software solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
