Permanent Night Shift

Location - Tuas

Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators in a Distribution Center/Warehouse.

• Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.

• Responsible for the performance of "standard work" within his or her sector or department. May occasionally fill in for or assist operators as needed.

Manage the manpower resource allocation to different work stations.

• Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.

Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.

• As supervisor, legal responsible in case of accident

• Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage and freight capacities)

• Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes

• Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined

• Manage warehouse processes performance and his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant

• Ensure inventories accuracy

• Guarantee that service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance & productivity goals are reached

• Manage the yearly appraisal of operators
