Role Duties:

• Produce accurate drawing according to project requirement (ABC drawings, landscape design and irrigation).

• Create drawings base on contract drawings, Specifications and technical submittals.

• Coordinate with project manager, sales and designer to resolve all related issue

• Prepare shop, construction, detailed drawings for site installation.

• Review and amend drawings as per Architect/consultant comments.

• Ensure correct & accurate drawing details before submission.

• Prepare as built drawings as per site installation and get approval from client.

• Manage and control the records of drawings.

• Print drawings from plotter when required.

• Maintenance of the project drawings and keep record.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate profile:

• Proficient in CAD software (Autocad) and photoshop.

• Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Architecture, Interior Design, AutoCAD drawing or equivalent.

• Ablility to manage multiple project tasks concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation.

• Ablility to work independently and diligently under stress and pressure.

• Good communication skills, team player, meticulous, independent and self-motivated.
