Senior Finance and Account Executive - DELIBOWL (Singapore HQ)

About DELIBOWL:

DELIBOWL is a fast-growing Chinese fast-casual dining brand with 7 outlets across Singapore, projected to expand to 13 by the end of the year. To support our growth, we are looking for a Finance Supervisor to strengthen internal financial oversight and improve reporting quality.

What You'll Do:

\t• \tSupervise the work of outsourced accounting partners and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of daily bookkeeping across all outlets and HQ.

\t• \tReview and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets.

\t• \tEnsure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST regulations, and statutory tax filings.

\t• \tProvide meaningful financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions.

\t• \tCollaborate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant stakeholders.

\t• \tSupport budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting activities.

\t• \tImplement internal controls and improve financial processes across the group.

Requirements:

\t• \tDegree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; ACCA/CPA certification is preferred.

\t• \tMinimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or multi-outlet businesses.

\t• \tStrong knowledge of Singapore accounting, tax, and GST practices.

\t• \tProficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP.

\t• \tHighly detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.

\t• \tAble to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
