We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversees operations of all the outlets, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
• Training of new staffs
• Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
• Ensures customer satisfaction, handles and resolves customer complaints
• Manages and maintains stock inventory
• Reports to main office and assist with other adhoc duties assigned
• Prepare and assist in food orders.

Job Requirements:
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written chinese and english
• Familiarity with food handling, safety, and other restaurant guidelines
• Able to travel between different outlets
• Minimum 2 years of experience in f&b managerial experiences
• Preferably able to start work immediately
• Experienced in working with colleagues from different countries
