• Support and prepare food and sushi items
• Maintain cleanliness in production area
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality
• Comply with all food safety standards and health regulations
• Adhere to safety procedures
• Assist to prepare package food products for delivery
• Keep accurate documentation

Requirements

• Minimum O Level
• At least 2 years experience in preparation of Sushi
• Training will be provided
• Working hours : 6 days work week, night shift
