• Prepare Sushi items according to recipe
• Ensure ingredients meet freshness and quality standards with proper storage.
• Assist with display of sushi and ensure its well-stocked
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness at workstations and items used
• Restock ingredients and supplies whenever neccessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum PSLE
• At least 2 years experience in preparation of Sushi
