Salary: $3,200 - $3,500 (Based on experience & skill level)
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Rest Days: 6 days off/month

What You'll Be Doing

• Craft delicate Japanese pastries, cakes, and breads with precision
• Ensure each piece meets our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation
• Prepare, portion, and manage ingredients efficiently
• Maintain an organized, clean workstation that meets hygiene and safety standards
• Operate and maintain baking equipment responsibly
• Take part in product development-new seasonal items, refined classics, and elegant variations
• Perform quality checks before each item leaves the kitchen

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in baking/patisserie (Japanese or French techniques are a bonus)
• Sound knowledge of baking processes, ingredients, and food safety
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Creativity and finesse in decoration and finishing
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen
• A genuine passion for the art of pastry-making
