- Oversee on-site activities to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and manage procurement of materials.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
Requirements
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination within the interior design or construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; familiarity with project management software is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
