Key Responsibilities

Debt Recovery & Negotiation

• Manage written-off portfolio to meet performance targets
• Contact customers to negotiate payment arrangements and reduce credit losses

Customer Profile Review & Action

• Analyze customer profiles to recommend remedial actions such as:
  Legal proceedings
  Composite settlements
  SKIP tracing or bankruptcy recommendations

Customer Service & Complaint Resolution

• Provide high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction
• Address and follow up on complaints and queries within the defined timeline

Risk Identification & Escalation

• Detect issues, irregularities, and risks
• Act swiftly and escalate to Team Manager as required

Operational & Documentation Tasks

• Prepare and manage key documents such as:
  Reminder Letters, Statement of Accounts, Settlement Letters
• Process transactions like payment transfers and refunds
