• Industry/ Organization Type: Japanese Retail and F&B Industry
• Position Title: Dishwasher
• Working Location: North-East - Seletar Mall (Nearest LRT: Fernvale)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days / 12.30 PM - 9.30 pm (must work on Friday and weekend)
• Salary Package: Basic up to SGD 2200 + OT + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes either manually or by using a dishwasher
• Ensure the cleanliness of all areas of the kitchen including sinks, countertops, and kitchen storage areas. Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines
• Properly sort and stack clean dishes and ensure that items are stored appropriately
• Regularly remove garbage, replace trash bags, and clean the container areas to prevent sanitation and pest issues
• Routine maintenance and cleaning of the dishwasher machine to ensure it operates efficiently and remains in good working condition
• Help in monitoring and managing supplies like dishwashing detergent and notify management when restocking is necessary

• A food hygiene certificate is a plus
