Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable and service-oriented Retail Assistant cum Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating the POS system, handling various payment methods, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. You will also assist with stock management, display, and housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the POS cash register and process customer payments
• Pack customer purchases efficiently and courteously
• Replenish, display, and organize products on shelves
• Monitor product expiry dates and shelf-life
• Load and unload goods, and ensure proper storage
• Perform daily housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of shop floor and shelves
• Provide prompt, helpful, and friendly service to all customers
• Work independently and support the overall operations of the store

Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to carry loads up to 10KG
• Comfortable climbing ladders for stock replenishment
• Able to read and understand product labels
• Service-oriented, responsible, and a good team player
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Working Hours (Full-Time):

• Rotating shifts:
  Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays)
