Store Manager

Working Hours: 6 days [44 hours per week]

Location: South Bouna Vista outlet

Salary: $3000-$4000

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
• Minimum 2 years' managerial experience in F&B - cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
• Able to work on weekends/public holidays

Job Scope:

• Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop's profitability
• Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house
• Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
• Supervise and train the team
• Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
