• Support and prepate food in central kitchen for Sushi stalls
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness in preparation area
• Assist to monitor ingredients shelf life
• Inspect ingredients for freshness and quality
• Comply and adhere with all food safety standards and health regulations
• Assist to prepare package food products for delivery
• Able to assist with lifting and moving heavy items
• Ensure documents are accurate and well-maintained

Requirements

• Experience in Central kitchen
• Training will be provided
• Working hours : Night shift, 6 days work week
