Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Wedding Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be the face of our brand-connecting with couples, understanding their vision, and guiding them through our décor packages and services to help bring their dream wedding to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and consult with wedding couples to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Present and recommend suitable decoration concepts and packages aligned with their cultural and aesthetic preferences.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and bookings.
• Work closely with our design and operations teams to ensure smooth planning and execution.
• Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining communication throughout the sales process.
• Attend wedding fairs, events, or client meetings (including weekends, if necessary).
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or event-related roles preferred (wedding industry experience is a big plus).
• Warm, personable, and confident in speaking with clients.
• Fluent in English; ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay is a strong advantage.
• Passionate about weddings, culture, and event aesthetics.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple clients at once.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Nice to Have:

• Background in event planning, interior/floral design, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tracking tools.
• Understanding of Chinese/Malay wedding customs and traditions.
