Key responsibilities
  • Attend to customer enquires relating to sales operations
  • Handle office administration
  • Provide general office/administrative duties and assist various departments in the administrative job, such as letters preparation, copying, scanning, filing, data entry
  • Assist in prepare of quotations, invoices and other documents
  • Handle purchasing of stock/supplies required
