Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Projects: Guide the team and align project goals with company objectives.

• Manage Entire Project Lifecycle: Handle planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety, and changes from start to finish.

• Provide Technical Direction: Solve complex issues with innovative solutions.

• Engage Stakeholders: Coordinate with clients, partners, and regulators for smooth execution.

• Develop Team: Mentor engineers and technicians to build a strong, collaborative team.

• Handle Documentation: Oversee reports, proposals, and required submissions.

• Build Client Relationships: Deliver high-quality work and maintain strong client connections.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• At least 8 years of experience in rail or infrastructure projects (especially viaducts)

• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of Singapore construction standards is a plus

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a bonus
