Job Description:

• Set up meetings with clients and understand their needs and concerns.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
• Promote and expand sales by identifying new customers and business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations or quotations to customers
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
• Issue quotations, purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and proforma invoices.
• Liaise with customers regarding vessel schedules, part arrangements, and agent details.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve processes.
• Support Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Managers in daily sales activities.
• Perform general office duties related to sales operations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering field
• 1-3 years in sales, preferably in marine or related sectors
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and CRM software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the marine or industrial sector is a plus.
