Position: Full-Time Dance Instructor
Salary: Starting from $3,000/month (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. As a Dance Instructor, you will play a key role in shaping the artistic development of our students, from nurturing their technical skills to preparing them for competitions, exams, and performances. You'll be part of a supportive environment where creativity, growth, and student success are at the heart of what we do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare engaging lesson plans and resources that meet the unique needs of each student.
• Assess students' progress and provide personalized feedback to help them reach their full potential.
• Prepare students for annual dance examinations and ensure they are exam-ready and confident.
• Choreograph for school events, including our yearly concert, competitions, and media productions-selecting appropriate music and coordinating costumes.
• Provide expert training and coaching for students competing in dance competitions.
• Collaborate in the planning and execution of school events such as recitals, public performances, competitions, exam open houses, and media productions.
• Continuously improve teaching methods by attending professional development sessions and staying updated with trends in dance education.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in teaching both Ballet and Jazz syllabi.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant diploma/degree in Dance, Education, or Performing Arts are encouraged to apply.
• Prior teaching experience or competition experience (either as an instructor or solo competitor) is an advantage.
• Ability to teach additional genres such as Contemporary and Acrobatics is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for working with children and young adults.
