Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Coordinate module layout, equipment placement, crane pathways, and module shifting. Develop two-week lookahead schedules and set milestone targets.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with the Project Manager, planning engineers, clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams. Participate in meetings and provide project updates.

Execution Oversight:

Monitor site fabrication, installation, and scaffold activities. Troubleshoot site and drawing discrepancies with engineering.

Performance & Quality Management:

Evaluate staff and subcontractor performance, manage manpower deployment, ensure work quality, and assess progress claims.

Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare method statements, review reports and submissions, and ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures.

Technical Issue Resolution:

Address technical site issues and coordinate with clients and engineering departments on design clarifications and technical queries.

Resource & Logistics Management:

Oversee storage plans, equipment movement, and site housekeeping. Prepare team duty rosters and supervise outsourced work.

Continuous Improvement:

Explore new work methods to enhance productivity and quality.

Ad-hoc Duties:

Carry out any additional tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor' Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in Marine Shipyard or Oil & Gas Industry
• Excellent written and good communicative skills, able to interact with people of all levels and teamwork
