Job Responsibilities:

• Seated within New Business Underwriting team

• Analyze and harmonize medical and non-medical questions across New Business and Post-Issue (POS) underwriting to ensure consistency, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design comprehensive and aligned application forms. Identify redundancies or gaps and propose streamlined, user-friendly solutions.

• Contribute to underwriting-related projects by participating in planning, meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks and milestones.

• Develop a strong understanding of business processes and translate them into clear use cases, user stories, requirement documents, and change requests for relevant platforms and projects.

• Data entry into the system accurately

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

• Minimum 1 year of underwriting experience within the financial services industry

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
