We are looking for Bar Supervisor to join our team!

As the Bar Supervisor we rely on you to:

• Ability to create and innovate mixed beverages
• Supervise a team of bartenders
• Ability to sell or influence others for up selling and suggestive selling
• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of beverage products, menus and promotions
• Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products
• Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels for guests
• Maintain Food Hygiene and Safety Standards

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrate good knowledge of bar beverages, inclusive of cocktails mixing
• Has strong interpersonal, communication skills
• Preferably has experience working in either a restaurant or a bar environment
• Willing to work shifts and outdoor environment
