About Melody Strings
Melody Strings is a professional music academy specializing in classical string instruction, including violin, viola and cello. We are passionate about building a warm, structured, and inspiring learning environment for young musicians. As we expand, we are looking for SchoolPrincipal to take leadership of new branches, with the autonomy to build and lead their own teaching teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and manage all daily operations of your assigned branch
• Recruit, train, and lead your own team of qualified music instructors
• Ensure high teaching standards and a positive, student-focused atmosphere
• Organize recitals, competitions, and performance activities
• Maintain strong relationships with parents and the local music community
• Collaborate with HQ on curriculum development and marketing strategies

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or above; background in music, arts education, or management is a plus
• Experience in teacher recruitment, team building, and leadership
• Familiar with music school operations, scheduling, and customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, organized, and passionate about music education
• Ability to grow a branch from the ground up, balancing business goals with educational quality
