Job Description:
Requirements:
- Perform daily inspections around the building to check for building defects and safety issues; propose and obtain quotations for necessary repair and maintenance works.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspection to deter the encroachment and follow up with corrective measure.
- Supervise and perform routine maintenance works and repair services when required
- Attend to tenants' requests, feedback and complaints
- Oversee and monitor housekeeping, tenancy fit outs and building improvement works
- Implement fire safety procedures and conduct routine fire drills for the building.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building operations and maintenance of commercial building
- MUST be able to accept 5.5 day-week
- Diploma or Degree in relevant studies in Property Management, Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Certified Fire Safety Manager by SCDF is most preferred
- Excellent organizational and teamwork with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate without relevant working experience is welcome too if you are a fast learner.
