Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out age-appropriate learning activities for children up to N1 level.
- Support the holistic development of children - including physical, social, emotional, and language growth - through structured and unstructured play.
- Create a classroom environment that is safe, warm, and responsive to the developmental needs of each child.
- Work closely with fellow educators and parents to ensure continuity of care and learning support.
- Observe and document children's progress, adapting approaches based on individual interests and abilities.
Requirements:
- Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) - mandatory.
- Experience teaching or caring for infants and toddlers (up to N1 age group).
- Strong communication skills and a caring, adaptable teaching style.
- Open to working with children of varied developmental profiles.
