RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the daily operations of stores and assist in other necessary operation matters;

• Welcome & serve the customers with a friendly and helpful attitude and answer any inquiries about our products;

• Handle cash transactions, provide change, and process electronic payments.;

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and displays;

• Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards in the handling and preparation of food products;

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues and the store manager to ensure smooth store operations;

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned;

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong passion for Service

• Willingness to work on a rotating roster

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
