PROJECT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
• Directing technical teams from proposal stages through to project completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards
• Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless integration between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Defining project scopes, developing detailed schedules, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery
• Managing project budgets, including profit and loss commitments, cost control, cash flow, and implementing recovery strategies when necessary
• Identifying potential risks, establishing risk registers, implementing mitigation plans, and regularly monitoring and managing these risks
• Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace by implementing and maintaining safe work systems and promoting an Incident and Injury-Free Workplace
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and their representatives, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Leading project teams, coordinating between various disciplines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
• Drive a collaborative team environment and mentor junior project staff.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration
• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of PMI (Project Management Institute) methodologies, Lean Construction, and Agile principles
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in managing large-scale, high-tech industrial projects
• Upholds honesty, transparency, and fairness in all decisions
• Ensures strict adherence to company policies, legal frameworks, and safety regulations
• Takes full ownership of project outcomes and maintains professionalism under pressure
• Builds trust with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies
