CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities :
Job Requirements :
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities on site
- Ensure work progress is in accordance with the approved schedule and specifications
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and compliance with local regulations (e.g., WSH Act)
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control
- Manage and resolve site issues, delays, and discrepancies
- Prepare and maintain site reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Lead and supervise site personnel and subcontractors
Job Requirements :
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or construction supervision including Asphalt Laying
- Proven ability to manage 3-4 teams on-site effectively
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
- Experience in preparing and submitting claims for Mill & Patch works under SP Power Grid
- Familiar with Singapore's Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations and safety requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical specifications
- Must hold valid WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH certification (or willing to obtain)
- Familiarity with software like MS Project, AutoCAD, or BIM is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
