We are looking for a highly motivated Research Officer to join an interdisciplinary team to work on AI guided discovery of cell permeable peptide therapeutics. This project focuses on developing cell-permeable cyclic peptides that target intracellular protein-protein interactions (PPIs), a key component in disease related pathways such as cancer and metabolic disorders. A core challenge in peptide drug discovery is improving membrane permeability. This project integrates structural modeling, machine learning, and experimental validations to address this. The ideal candidate will contribute to peptide structure curation, AI model development, and the creation of a web-based platform for data sharing.
