Job Description & Requirements

• To develop & implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policy, programs &

procedures

• To ensure all safety matters are in compliance with statutory, contractual &

management system requirements

• To oversee and lead the Safety team in the implementation of company's safety

system at project sites

• To conduct toolbox meetings

• Perform construction site safety inspections & attend site walks with client &

subcons

• Identify unsafe work practice and work condition & recommend control measures

to project team

• Prepare/Review Risk Assessment/SWP/Method Statement/Permit-to-Work for all

project works. Manage and maintain/update these safety records & checklists

• Inventory management for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Support haze and pandemic activities

• Respond promptly to incidents & accidents

Requirements:

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH or its equivalent

• Registered WSHC/WSHO with MOM, ECO with NEA

• Have a good knowledge in Occupational Health & Safety Management System

• Have excellent people management & interpersonal skills
