Job Responsibility
Requirements:
- Respond to public inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner to foster positive community relations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the vicinity of the construction site.
- Plan and execute outreach initiatives to keep residents, businesses, and other stakeholders informed about construction activities and potential impacts.
- Monitor, track, and ensure timely follow-up on public feedback and complaints until they are resolved.
- Compile and submit monthly reports detailing public feedback, complaints, and the corresponding resolution measures taken.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all public relations activities and communications.
- Prepare and distribute advance notifications and project updates, ensuring alignment with regulatory approvals.
- Conduct site inspections to address public concerns and support clear, effective communication.
- Support the project team by coordinating site-related activities and managing general administrative tasks associated with public relations.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the construction industry, preferably in A&A projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle public inquiries and complaints in a professional and tactful manner.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual and ability to speak local dialect
- Pleasant personality and friendly disposition
