What does the role involve?

We are looking for an indoor sales coordinator to join our Indoor Sales Team to support regional South East Asia business growth. As an indoor sales coordinator, you will work closely with our sales & project team to maximize our customer satisfaction. Our people come from different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance and consistent results. Indoor Sales Team will engage in supporting the sales & project team to coordinate proposal & qualification activities, lead development, support account management activities and process & fulfill complex orders.

Job Description

1)\tBid & Proposal:

o\tCollaborate with the sales/project team to analyze customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and identify relevant Oglaend article numbers.

o\tResearch and provide accurate product costings.

o\tObtain up-to-date delivery lead times from factories and suppliers.

o\tPrepare comprehensive quotations for customer approval.

2)\tMaterial Planning:

o\tManage and place distribution and purchase orders with precision.

o\tProactively monitor the progress of all distribution and purchase orders.

o\tCommunicate order status updates effectively to sales, project management, and logistics teams.

o\tInitiate and manage incoming deliveries from factories and suppliers.

3)\tCustomer Service:

o\tMeticulously verify customer purchase orders against submitted quotations.

o\tProcess customer orders efficiently within the M3 system.

o\tGenerate accurate picking lists to ensure proper order fulfillment.

o\tPrepare essential shipping documents for customers, including delivery notes, commercial invoices, and packing summaries (as applicable).

o\tEstablish clear communication with customers to confirm delivery dates.

o\tLiaise with the logistics team to arrange deliveries upon confirmed dates.

o\tDeliver timely and accurate monthly delivery forecasts to support financial planning and analysis activities.

What you need is:

o\tDiploma or Degree in any discipline.

o\tStrong customer orientation and problem-solving and can-do attitude

o\tExcellent Communicator & Comfortable to work with others, be part of the team to implement the change

o\tSelf-motivated, highly energetic and willingness to explore self-potential in different areas

o\tProven experience to work in a multi-culture environment, ability to work with stakeholders from different backgrounds

o\tProficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and data manipulation techniques.

o\tKnowledge of ERP(Movex M3), Marco, VBA, and Power BI for purposes of automation, reporting, and data visualization is advantageous.
