Tagetik Consolidation Solutions Architect

Deegit Asia Pte Ltd (DAPL) is seeking an experienced Tagetik Consolidation Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Tagetik solutions for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance and accounting background combined with deep functional and technical expertise in the Tagetik platform.

Key Requirements

• Lead end-to-end solution design for financial consolidation processes using CCH Tagetik.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, compliant, and efficient Tagetik architecture.
• Configure and customize Tagetik modules for Consolidation, Close, and Financial Reporting.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and project management teams to deliver high-quality implementation projects.
• Manage integration of Tagetik with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data warehouses.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership in system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
• Mentor junior teammembers and provide knowledge sharing on best practices.
• Prepare documentation including solution design, configuration specifications, and training materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to the Tagetik platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik implementation, especially in financial consolidation.

• In-depth knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting requirements.

• Experience in multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation environments.

• Proficiency in scripting, workflows, and custom calculations in Tagetik.

• Experience in integrating Tagetik with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IFRS 16, ESG Reporting, and other advanced Tagetik modules.

• Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting modules in Tagetik.

• Exposure to cloud deployments of Tagetik (e.g., Tagetik on Azure).

• Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Must Have

• Has done multiple Tagetik implementations with deep technical expertise in Tagetik (ETL, DTP, Analytical Workspace (AW) and Financial Workspace (FW) set-ups, Conso Engine Configuration);

• Finance background (preferably CA) is a plus;

• Is able to drive solutioning of complex topics in Tagetik for large scale conglomerates;

• Has experience in building Data Migration strategies from legacy systems into EPM solutions.
