• Set up discounts, sales, and special offers.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns.

• Product Management on e-commerce platform:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat.

• e-commerce platform for Brand event planning Promotions.

Analytics:

• Monitor sales and e-commerce platform performance.

• Prepare basic reports to suggest improvements.

• Support other digital marketing campaigns when necessary

Key Skills

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Customer service experience.

• Proficient in Mandarin language.

• Confidence in assisting or participating in live social media events.
