Established for over 65 years and headquartered in Japan, KAWAJUN SINGAPORE PTE LTD is the regional counterpart of KAWAJUN CO., LTD. With a presence in 11 countries, our company specializes in premium ironmongery and sanitary accessories - designed to be both aesthetically striking and universally practical.
We supply to a wide range of projects, from residential homes and condominium developments to hotels and commercial properties.
We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support our team in coordination and communication with Japan HQ and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting existing client accounts
• Respond to enquiries via email and phone, providing timely and accurate information
• Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and sales records in our system
• Liaise with our HQ and factory in Japan to process orders and ensure smooth delivery
• Provide internal support to the sales team and help coordinate project follow-ups
• Support the team with general administrative and ad-hoc tasks when needed
• Occasionally attend to showroom visitors and assist with product enquiries

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a coordination or sales support role preferred
• Proficiency in Japanese is required to liaise with HQ and factory in Japan
• Good communication and interpersonal skills - both written and spoken
• Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Team player who is also able to work independently

Benefits

• Salary range: $2,800 - $3,400
• 13th month bonus and variable performance bonus
• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
