We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager with a "farmer" sales mindset-focused on growing existing relationships rather than hunting for new business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing strategic accounts, particularly in the aviation and aerospace industry, and will be adept at driving long-term client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for global key accounts in the aviation and aerospace industry.
- Develop deep relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from operational to executive.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and market dynamics to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, product, operations, and customer success teams) to ensure account success.
- Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and identifying opportunities for expanded service offerings.
- Manage account planning, forecasting, and reporting activities.
- Arrange face to face meeting as needed to maintain close contact with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of account management experience in a sales role growing in existing accounts.
- Experience working with/in the aviation and/or aerospace industry.
- Proven success in managing and growing complex, long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Comfortable navigating cross-cultural environments and working with international teams.
- Experience with CRM tools and account planning tools.
