Job Description and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance plans for all maintenance related projects.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed on time, cost effective and complies with quality guidelines.
• Lead and manage maintenance team including training, scheduling and performance evaluations
• Responsible for managing team of workers and supervisors including their statutory welfare and ensure they are trained in safety procedures, equipment handling and troubleshooting.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance with regulatory and company standards and mitigate risks on project sites.
• Possess strong knowledge of workplace safety and health regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and incident logs.
• Provide monthly updates and detailed reports to management and clients on maintenance activites, maintenance costs, and any challenges.
• Prepare monthly reports on workers and supervisors schedule.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and consultants concerning maintenance and defect rectification works.
• Manage relationships and co-ordinate with suppliers, negotiate service contracts, and ensure materials meet project specifications.
