My client is one of the largest private property developer in Singapore, having developed over 780 developments across all segments of real estate including 55,000 private homes in Singapore since its establishment in 1960.

• Location : Depending on allocation of site
• Timing : Monday - Friday, Office hours
• Remuneration : Depending on experience + VB + perm benefits and allowances

Responsibilities

\t• Identify and prospect for potential tenants through market research, networking and outreach

\t• Negotiate lease terms for new leases and renewals

\t• Finalise lease agreements and other leasing-related documentation

\t• Conduct competitive market research and analysis to understand current trends in the real estate industry

\t• Liaise with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy related matters

Requirements

\t• Diploma in Real Estate, Business or any other relevant disciplines

\t• Preferably with 3 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing

\t• Good negotiation and communication skills

\t• Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
