Senior Baker Chef position in a cake shop. Job include managing all cake and cookies production. Design and designate new orders, daily production of cakes, cookies. Decorate and design cake creation from ad hoc order.

He/she will take inventory of all ingredients, packaging, and production (cakes, cookies), and prepare for next day production.

He/she ensure hygiene in all production area.
